Holotropic Breathwork &
deepened integration
An experience in expanded, holotropic states of consciousness always consists of three parts: preparation, session, and integration.
Integration means processing and incorporating the teachings and insights from the session so that they can be accessed in daily life, allowing patterns of action and experience to change sustainably.

Participants stay overnight individually and at their own expense.
We offer the possibility to sleep in the studio, or are happy to help you find suitable accommodation in town.
