IRIS ANDRES
My interest in medicine awoke very early. At the same time, even as a child, I was fascinated by the fact that our consciousness can change dramatically. When I came across holotropic breathwork in 2015, I knew before my first session that I would train to become a facilitator. This decision sent me into a long personal process that ultimately brought me fully into medicine professionally. On this path I also realized the invaluable value of body work.
Today I work in my own practice as a respiratory therapist and trauma therapist, where I support people with a wide range of issues. Holotropic breathwork remains an integral part of my life, be it as an offer for workshop participants, as a catalyst for my clients' processes or for myself.
