We combine shamanic work with holotropic breathwork to open up new areas of consciousness and self-knowledge. This enables a changed perception of "I am" and "It is" and allows us to stand in a new and different way in the world. For our soul these are a few flaps of the wing on their way, for our everyday life it can mean more serenity, as we were able to experience ourselves more multifaceted.

ACCOMODATION
Participants stay overnight individually and at their own expense.
We offer a dormitory in the studio, or are happy to help you find suitable accommodation in town.

To register, we need the fully completed registration form including the medical questionnaire. Please send this to info@holotrop.ch. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
GAME RULES & CONDITIONS

In principle, a workshop can only be attended in its entirety. The exception is the theoretical introduction on Friday evening. This can be attended individually by registering in advance.

Participation in a workshop is only guaranteed once we have received the completed registration form, the course fee has been paid and we have confirmed your participation. In particular - but not only - if we have questions about the medical questionnaire, we would like to speak to you directly before confirming your participation.
